To connect the band 3 with your phone you need to install the mi fit app on the device and then sing up with your mi, Facebook or Google account you can also use your phone no. to sing up with the app. After sing up these are the step to to connect your band with phone

•  Enter some of your personal details like Name, Gender, weight, height and age.
•  Ensure to switch on the Bluetooth on the phone and band and then search and pair the phone   and the fitness band
• To receive WhatsApp, Email, or call notifications on you have to enable the app alerts,   incoming calls option in the mi fit app.
•  You can manually select the important apps notification that they want to receive notification   from. 

Can Be Wore For Hours

The band quality is good for wearing it for full day and night for sleep monitoring. The bigger display compared to band 2, shows the notifications clearly with short messages on the screen so you no need to check your phone again and again. OLED display has resolution of 120*80. It is quit comfortable to wear with band weight of 20 grams. basically you can wear the band whole day without any hassle.
